What are views per month?
Views per month are the total number of times all your SociableKIT solutions will load. For example, you have 5 solutions on your account. Each of them received 100 loads or page views. It means your views per month is 500. The limit resets every month. This is another factor to consider when selecting the right plan for your account. The more a SociableKIT solution loads, the more servers we need. Maintaining multiple servers are not cheap. It means we need to invest more to provide better S

Can I use my account for multiple websites or domains?
Yes. For example, you subscribed to our LEVEL 1 plan. You can create up to 5 solutions. You can use each solution for 5 different websites or domains.
Can I get a PHP code and not an embed code?
How to change payment method?
On the upper right corner, hover your name. A drop down will appear, click "Manage Account" option. On the sidebar menu, click "Change Payment" option. Click "Update payment" button. You will have the option to update via Card or PayPal. Update payment If you can't find that option, please contact support for instructions specific to your account.
Why would I pay annually?
Because you will save 50% per month compared to a monthly plan. How? For example, on our SociableKIT 5 plan. It costs $180 annually. What if I want to upgrade from LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 2?
You can do that. For instance, you upgraded to LEVEL 1. After 6 months, you needed LEVEL 2. Here's what needs to be done. You need to pay for LEVEL 2 first. Contact us for the payment link. We will refund half the payment you made for LEVEL 1. Your account will be upgraded to LEVEL 2 plan.
Will my feed work even if I don't manage the Facebook page?

Why some posts on Twitter hashtag solution is missing?
By default, SociableKIT can display only the Twitter posts from the last 7 days. This is a rule from Twitter's standard API. We are using that API for free trial users. But, if you will subscribe to a SociableKIT plan, we can use Twitter's premium API. We can display posts from 1 year ago. Our system works like this because Twitter's premium API is very expensive. We need a subscribed account to proceed with your required solution.
How does "Instagram hashtag feed" solution work?
On our Instagram hashtag feed solution, a picture or video will be displayed if: The post is public. The Instagram profile who posted it is public. The post shows on Instagram tags page, for example: https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/nba/ A picture of video will not be displayed otherwise.
