Why some posts on Twitter hashtag solution is missing?
By default, SociableKIT can display only the Twitter posts from the latest and recent 80 tweets. This is a rule from Twitter's standard API. We are using that API for free trial users. But, if you will subscribe to a SociableKIT plan, we can use Twitter's premium API. We can display posts from 1 year ago. Our system works like this because Twitter's premium API is very expensive. We need a subscribed account to proceed with your required solution.

Can I use one subscription for two or more businesses?
Yes. If you have enough solution slots on your account, you can create different solutions for different businesses. For example, you subscribed to our SociableKIT 2 plan. What if I want to upgrade from LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 2?

Why my LinkedIn posts are showing the same date?
LinkedIn does not provide the exact post date. When the post is old, LinkedIn only shows a "time ago" as the post date. For example: "1 month ago", "2 months ago", "1 week ago". What the SociableKIT system does is it computes the current date minus the "time ago". For example, the date today is August 18, 2020. Your 1 month ago post in LinkedIn will show July 18 in the SociableKIT feed.
Can I schedule the sync of my private Instagram feed?
Sorry, you cannot schedule the time of sync. The automatic sync will happen only between 8 AM and 3 PM PHT. It is the only window provided. The reason it works that way is Instagram only gives us a very limited number of syncs in a day. We share it with all our customers who uses our private Instagram feed solution. If there are remaining syncs for the day, we can trigger it manually. We set the window provided because that's the only time our developers can monitor if the sync will work or not
Why only a few posts was displayed?
If you're using a Moderation feature like a search keyword or approved posts, only a few posts might appear on your feed. Here's how it works: For example, on our LinkedIn solutions, our system can get the latest 50 posts only. If you use a search keyword, our system will find the posts in those 50 posts only. That's the reason why it might display only a few posts on your feed.
How to make a YouTube video play automatically?
