Why is my feed not showing or not updated?

There are many reasons why your feed is not showing any posts or not updated yet.

1. 1. For newly created widget, sometimes it takes 3-10 minutes to load and work.

2. 1. Your widget is not updated for new post because feed updates every hour to 24-hours only. There are different sync times for every solution, check your feed's schedule here.

3. 1. Your solution's social media account has been disconnected which needs to be reconnected such as Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube widgets.

4. 1. Your account's premium trial has ended, to continue using our service you will have to subscribe to one of our subscription plans here.
