Why is my feed not working?

It takes some time to sync. Your feed may take some time to sync because different data sources can have varying sync times. Some data is easy to access and can be synced quickly, while others may be more difficult to obtain and take longer to sync.

For the first-time sync, when you create a new widget, it usually syncs within a few minutes, but it might take up to 24 hours.

For free plan users, you’ll need to manually request a sync, which can be done every 24 to 72 hours. The system handles many requests, so syncing might take some time based on how busy it is.

For paid plan users, widgets sync automatically, but the timing depends on the widget type. Some update every hour, while others may take up to 24 hours. You can check the exact schedule in the widget’s settings on the left side of the customization page.

Your input needs to be corrected. I apologize if you're having trouble with your information. It's possible that the data source you specified needs to be corrected or couldn't be found by our system, which is why your feed isn't being displayed. To fix this, please ensure your IDs, usernames, or connected accounts are correct so our system can locate the accurate data source and show your feed.
