Yes. For example, you subscribed to our SociableKIT 5 plan. You can create up to 5 solutions. You can use each solution for 5 different websites or domains.

How to transfer ownership of a SociableKIT account?
Login to your SociableKIT account. Go to Subscription > Plan details. Click the "Update payment" button. A pop-up will appear, enter the new owner's payment details like card number, name, etc. Go to Account > Profile. Enter the profile information (name, email address, etc.) of the new owner. To delete your SociableKIT solution, please follow these steps below: Login your SociableKIT account here: https://sociablekit.com/app/login Once logged in, on the upper right corner of the page, click your Name and Account Details. How can I upgrade to a bigger subscription plan?
You can upgrade your subscription plan anytime. For example, your plan is KIT 1 - Yearly and you want to upgrade your account to KIT 2 - Yearly, the steps below will help you: Log in to your account and go to Account details. Can I use one subscription for two or more businesses?
Yes. If you have enough solutions available on your account, you can use them for different businesses. For example, you subscribed to our KIT 2 plan. That means, there are 2 solutions that you can use and customize. You can create one solution for the first business and you can create another one for the second business.

How to remove the SociableKIT branding?
In KIT 1 and KIT 2 monthly plans, the branding is visible. You will have to subscribe to a bigger subscription plan to remove it. For example, any of our yearly plans and monthly plan like KIT 5 - Monthly and up will remove the SociableKIT branding. Here's our pricing page for more details.

I want to cancel my subscription, will my account still be active after?
Yes. For example, if you paid a subscription on July 23, 2021 and you cancel it on the next day, your account will still remain active until the date of July 23, 2022. This also stop the automatic payment in your account. Please expect an email from us regarding the other information about the cancellation request. Note: If you requested a cancelation with a refund, this means both of your account and subscription will be automatically cancelled on the same day.

Unfortunately, we do not offer additional months on our subscription plans. We can only provide 1 month for our monthly subscription plans and 12 months for our annual subscription plans. What will happen to my old subscription plan if I upgrade my account?
If you upgrade your account, the payment you made to your old subscription plan will be prorated to the new subscription. For example if your old subscription plan is KIT 1 - Yearly which costs $96 and you want to upgrade to KIT 2 - Yearly which costs $180 yearly, then you only going to pay with an approximate amount of $84. My free trial has ended but I plan on subscribing, will my old feed remain?
Yes, you don't have to re-create a new feed because your old solution will still be there with all the settings you customized. After your free trial has ended it will show a blue message saying that your free trial has ended and request to upgrade now. Once you subscribe to a KIT plan, your feed will be updated again. How to stop the account re-connection emails?
The account re-connection notice is important to help your feeds to continue working and updating. You are receiving emails when the third party source is doing a system and security update. That means, they automatically disconnect your social accounts to SociableKIT. However, if you don't want to receive this kind of notice, you can disable it by going to the Account details > Account > Notifications. Then uncheck these options:

What is the "Invite Teammate" option?
This option will let you add your teammates that can help edit or manage your solutions. To invite them, please check the following steps: Log in to your account.
