How to cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in to your SociableKIT account.
  2. On your main dashboard, click or go to the Billing section. In this section, you will see the status of your account and subscription. The Cancel Subscription button should be below the Change Payment button.

  1. Once you click the Cancel Subscription button, it will take you to the cancel subscription form. Select the reason for your cancelation, enter the reason, and then click Cancel Subscription.

  1. Once you click "Next", it will redirect you to the Final Step of the Cancelation. Click Continue Cancelation to proceed.


If you signed up before February 2019, it means you subscribed using your PayPal account. Here's how you can cancel your subscription:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner.
  3. Click "Payments" menu.
  4. Click "Manage automatic payments" button.
  5. Find SociableKIT (formerly DSM Website Plugins) and click it.
  6. Click the Cancel button.


If you can't find that option, please contact support for instructions specific to your account.
