If you need to transfer a SociableKIT widget from one account to another, we're here to help!
What You Need to Know
- Widgets cannot be transferred by users between accounts. To ensure security and proper verification, all widget transfers must be handled manually by our support team.
How to Request a Widget Transfer
You can request a widget transfer by contacting us through one of the following methods:
Option 1: Send Us an Email
- Email us at [email protected]. Please include the following details:
- The email address of the current widget owner
- The email address of the recipient account
- The name of the widget you want to transfer
Option 2: Use Live Chat (Available 24/7)
- Click the chat icon on the bottom right of the SociableKIT website
- Let us know you'd like to transfer a widget
- Provide the same details listed above
