How to refresh the feed?
If you're on our free plan, your feed can be refreshed by requesting sync manually. Follow the steps below.
Login to your SociableKIT account.
Find your solution and click the "Edit" button.
On the upper right corner, click the Activate free plan button if it is not yet activated.
Click the "Request sync" button.
You can request sync only once every 24 hours. The refresh usually happens within an hour but might take up to 24-48 hours due to a high number of requests.
On our "live stream" solutions like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitch live stream, refresh happens within 3-5 minutes.
Please note that sometimes due to system overload you will not be able to request a sync or your sync request will fail. You can request a sync again base on the time shown on the sync request popup. Here's an example:
If you need automatic sync, you can always subscribe to a SociableKIT plan.
