How to activate the free plan?
Once your 7-day premium trial ends, you have the option to choose on subscribing to our subscription plans or the free plan version.
To activate the free plan, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Login your SociableKIT account here.
Step 2: Once logged in, you will see a message on this link that your premium trial has ended.
Step 3: Click the "Subscribe Now" under the "Subscription" tab.
Step 4: In the "Free plan" container you will see an "Order Now" button. Click the button then it will show you a pop-up where you can activate the free plan.
Step 5: Once you are done clicking the "Activate free plan" button it will display a green pop-up message stating that you have successfully activated the free plan. Your widget/s should be working again.
More details about the free plan:
The widget will revert back to the default setting.
The features in the dashboard will be disabled.
Syncing, updating, or refreshing the feed of your widget will be requested manually. For more details on how to request a sync, check our article here.
Your sync requests will be added to a queue and you will only be able to request 1 sync per 24 hours.
Your widget will have a limit of 3,000 views only.
The SociableKIT branding is visible.
If you want to remove these limit, you can subscribe to a subscription plan anytime. Here's our pricing page.
