Can I use SociableKIT with the indemnity clause removed?
In terms of service agreement, we understand that some countries or government entities are not permitting businesses to enter into an agreement with an indemnity with a service provider.
However, if you only going to use our product on your private site within your organization, it means the chance for SociableKIT to get sued by anyone is contrary to reason. The content that you allow us to get is the only content that we can display in a certain format. In that case, the indemnity clause does not apply to you.
