The client is using Instagram feed solution at the moment (but this is applicable to all solution) and wondering why his username field on his SK dashboard is always filled with his email address.
If you are using a "LastPass" extension, please follow this:

Click your Lastpass icon on your upper right on your Chrome browser.
On the drop-down, select "Account options".
Next page on the pop-up, select "Extension Preferences".
The whole page will be now be shown, on the left sidebar, click "Advanced".
Enable "Respect Autocomplete=off: allow websites to disable Autofill" option.

LastPass is a freemium password manager that stores encrypted passwords online.
