How to transfer ownership of a SociableKIT account?
Transferring ownership of a SociableKIT account to a client ensures they have full control over their widgets and subscription. To transfer the ownership of a SociableKIT account, please follow these steps:
Login to your SociableKIT account.
Go to Account > Profile.
Enter the profile information (name, email address, etc.) of the new owner. Click Edit Profile button.
Go to Account > Change password.
Enter a new password for the new owner. Click Change password button.
Give the login page URL, new email and password to the new owner.
Done!
If you have a subscription plan that you need to transfer as well, please follow these steps:
Go to Subscription > Plan details. Click the Update payment button.
A pop-up will appear, enter the new owner's payment details like card number, name, etc.
If you can't find the options we specified above, please contact support for instructions specific to your account.
