How to cancel my subscription?

On the upper right corner, hover your name.

A drop down will appear, click "Account Details" option.

On the sidebar menu, select "Plan Details" option and click "Cancel Subscription" .

Enter the reason why you want to cancel your subscription.

Click the red button.

On the pop up, click "Cancel Subscription" button.


If you signed up before February 2019, it means you subscribed using your PayPal account. Here's how you can cancel your subscription:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the Gear icon on the upper right corner.
Click "Payments" menu.
Click "Manage automatic payments" button.
Find SociableKIT (formerly DSM Website Plugins) and click it.
Click the Cancel button.

If you can't find that option, please contact support for instructions specific to your account.
