Can I schedule the sync of my private Instagram feed?
Unfortunately, rescheduling the sync time is not possible. The automatic sync will happen only between 8:00am and 10:00pm PHT. It is the only window provided. The reason it works that way is because Instagram only gave us a limited number of syncs in a day. We share it as well with all our customers who uses our private Instagram feed widget.
If there are remaining syncs for the day, we can trigger it manually. We set the window provided because that's the only time our developers can monitor if the sync will work or not. If it did not work, our developers can adjust our system.
There are a few more technical issues here that we cannot explain in details. But one thing is for sure, your private Instagram feed will update every 24 hours.
