How to upgrade or downgrade your plan?

The ability to upgrade or downgrade a plan anytime is important for several reasons. It provides flexibility and scalability to meet our customers changing needs. As businesses or personal circumstances evolve, we understand our customers may require more or fewer resources, features, or services. Being able to easily adjust your plan allows you to align your subscription with your current requirements.

It also offers cost optimization opportunities. Here's an example, customers can upgrade their plan temporarily when they have increased demands or projects, and then downgrade when they no longer need those additional resources.

We offer this flexibility which will help avoid unnecessary expenses and ensures that our customers are only paying for what they actually use.


To change your current plan, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided below:

Step 1 : Login your SociableKIT account here.

Step 2 : Click the "Plan details" under the "Subscription" tab.



Step 3 : Click the "Change plan" button.



Step 4 : Select the plan you wanted to switch with.



Step 5 : Done! Your plan will change a few minutes after your plan selection.
