What is the Advance user management feature?

Advanced user management feature, a valuable tool designed to optimize user control and widget assignments. With this feature, users can effortlessly create, read, update, and delete user accounts for their widgets.

Whether you're an agency overseeing multiple client websites or a user of SociableKIT's social media widgets, this advance user management system offers enhanced organization and customization, allowing you to tailor widget assignments to specific users or teammates.

In this article, we will guide you on how to use the Advance user management feature.

Login to your SociableKIT account here.

On the left sidebar, select the My teammates option. Click the Invite teammate button beside the Feedback button.



A popup will appear where you will have to enter the Firstname and Email of your teammate. Please note that your teammates can only edit your widgets, they will not be able create a new widget on your account nor delete your widgets.



Below the Firstname and Email, you will be able to assign which widgets you want to your teammate. You can assign the widget you want by checking the checkbox.



Once you are done assigning the widget to your teammate, you can scroll down and click the Invite teammate button. An email with their account login credentials will be sent to your teammate which they can use to login and access the assigned widget to their account.
