How to update my payment method?

  1. In the lower left side of the screen, click the Profile Image icon > Account Details.

  1. Go to the Billing section, then click Change Payment Method.

  1. A pop-up will appear, you will have the option to update your Card or use your PayPal account.
  2. If you choose "Card", a form where you will enter your new card details will appear.
  3. Enter your new card's details and click "Update Card Details" button.
  4. If you choose PayPal, login to your PayPal account and authorize the payment method.


If you can't find that option, please contact support for instructions specific to your account.


If you signed up before February 2019, it means you subscribed using your PayPal account. If you need to change your card, please login to PayPal and change it there.
