Can I avail an Add-on if my account is cancelled or in Free plan?

Add-ons are additional features that can enhance your SociableKIT experience. However, add-ons are only available for accounts with an active paid subscription.

If your account or subscription is cancelled and is no longer active, you cannot purchase or use paid add-ons. You will need to reactivate or subscribe to an eligible paid plan first before you can avail of an add-on.

Add-ons are not available for Free Plan accounts. To use an add-on, you must first have an active paid subscription that supports the add-on. If you are currently on the Free Plan or your subscription has been cancelled.

How can I use an add-on?

1. Subscribe to an eligible paid plan.
2. Go to the add-on section in your SociableKIT account.
3. Select and purchase the add-on you need.

Add-ons work as an extension of an active paid subscription. They cannot be purchased or used independently on a cancelled account or Free Plan.
