# Why is my feed not showing or not updated?

 There are many reasons why your feed is not showing any posts or is not updated yet.

1. For a newly created widget, sometimes it takes 3-10 minutes to load and work.
2. Your widget is not updated for the new post because the feed updates every hour to 24 hours only. There are different sync times for every widget. Check your feed's schedule [here](https://help.sociablekit.com/en-us/article/when-will-my-solution-be-updated-hrwm5n/).
3. Your widget's social media account has been disconnected, which needs to be reconnected, such as Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube widgets.
