# Why "Get tickets" button is not working?

If your event's ticket section looks like the following, it means your event was connected to Eventbrite.

![Pop up when Get Tickets button was clicked](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/9a0e4f74247be800/image_17qzcii.png)

Your ticket URL was not manually entered in the form. In this case, SociableKIT won't be able to consistently display the **Get tickets **button on your events feed.

What can you do to make sure the Get tickets button are displayed?

**Enter your tickets URL manually in the form**. Your event's ticket section will look like the following. SociableKIT will be able to read the ticket URL in this format.

As an alternative widget, you can do the following.

**Check the option to Open details on Facebook***. *You can find this option under **Item** tab. Checking this option will make your **Read more** button open the details on Facebook where the ticket can be bought.
