# What is the difference between a LinkedIn profile and LinkedIn page posts?

In **LinkedIn profile posts**, it uses your personal profile to show posts while in **LinkedIn page posts** it uses your company profile.
    
The difference can also be seen in the address bar. See the details below:

 1. If the address bar shows the text “linkedin.com/in/” it means that your account is a LinkedIn profile.

 2. If it shows “linkedin.com/company/” it means your account is a LinkedIn page.
