# What is past due?

The **PAST DUE** label on your next charge refers to payments that have not been made by the cutoff time on the due date. Payments not made by the cutoff time on the due date will be highlighted by a **PAST DUE** button text, so you can quickly see any pending payments you have on your SociableKIT account.

Here's an example:

* Your SociableKIT account payment date is every November 3.
* However, we were unable to charge your account on November 3, 2024.

A button text with the label **PAST DUE** will be displayed beside your next charge indicating you have a pending payment. Here's a screenshot:
