# How to rename a widget?

If you have multiple [SociableKIT widgets](https://www.sociablekit.com/widgets), giving each one a clear, descriptive name makes it easier to locate and manage them. This is especially helpful when you have several similar widgets.

In this article, we'll guide you on how to rename your [SociableKIT widget](https://www.sociablekit.com/widgets).

1. Login to your [SociableKIT account](https://www.sociablekit.com/).
2. Select the widget you want to rename and click the **Edit** button.

3. On the **Basic** tab, click the **Name** textbox.

4. Rename the widget, then click the **Save changes** button to apply the changes.
